- Office of Victim Services CT The Office of Victim Services (OVS), Connecticut Judicial Branch, is the state's lead agency established to provide services to victims of violent crime. OVS provides services such as crime victim compensation, court-based advocates and victim notification.
- CT Office of the Victim Advocate The Office of the Victim Advocate (OVA) is an independent state agency charged with the promotion and protection of the constitutional and statutory rights of crime victims in Connecticut. Among its many responsibilities, the OVA provides oversight of state and private agencies, and advocacy to crime victims when a violation of their rights is at issue.
